All Drone and Aerial Videography is weather dependant and safety permitting; this is fully explained in the Booking Form. All Weddings in Yorkshire are subject to a £50.00 Travel Cost, Weddings taking place outside of Yorkshire are subject accordingly.

Where are you based and how far are you willing to travel?

I am based in Leeds/Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and are willing to travel absolutely anywhere (if available).

So you are available for destination weddings?

Of course! The packages and extras are exactly the same price for a destination wedding, all I ask is that you cover travel, accommodation and very basic expenses.

Awesome! On the contact page I have an initial contact form which is an ideal first step. After the form is submitted, I will get back in touch via email (or phone if preferred/requested). This is a great opportunity to talk things through and learn more about your day. If we're good to go, I'll send over a booking form which would need to be signed online by both parties and sent back to me with a non-refundable deposit (£250). You do have a 14 day cooling-off period as standard.

Do we have to have a meeting before the big day?

Yes, an official Pre-Wedding Meeting is included with every booking (usually occurring 2 - 4 weeks before the event takes place), all physical meetings are to take place within 10 miles of my home address (S75 5QP) due to the sheer amount of Pre-Wedding Meetings and Weddings taking place annually. However usually, due to ease and these busy lifestyles we all lead - I find a Zoom Meeting to be best and just as efficient!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of £250 is required, however you do have a 14 day cooling off period as standard.

When will I need to pay the remaining balance for the wedding video?

Between 7 to 14 days before the date of the Wedding. Technically, you can pay anytime up to 7 days before the date of your Wedding - however 7 to 14 days before the date of the event works best for me.

When will I receive my wedding videos?

We ask to allow up to 4 months for delivery of all the edits.

Are you insured?

I am insured with full public liability, public indemnity insurance and aerial insurance for each drone use.

Are you unobtrusive during the wedding ceremony?

The aim is to be as indistinguishable as possible. On the day, I dress in smart clothing, to the dress code (as a guest would). Of course, there are a small amount of moments where the cameras are more prominent, however without that you wouldn't have a beautiful wedding film!

Will the prices alter once booked?

No. The price which is on your booking form will remain the amount and will be honoured (even if prices alter in the time between your booking and your wedding date).

Can I make changes to the video?

Minor legitimate changes that do not alter the structure of the film are plausible, these changes have to be requested within 2 weeks of receiving your film and are limited at 2 hours editing time. Any time after this is charged at an hourly rate.
