Where are you based and how far are you willing to travel?

We are based in Leeds/Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and are willing to travel absolutely anywhere (if available).


So you are available for destination weddings?

Of course! The packages and extras are exactly the same price for a destination wedding, all we ask is that you cover travel and accommodation and very basic expenses.


 We'd like to book you, what's the next step?

On our contact page we have an initial contact form which is an ideal first step. After the form is submitted, I will get back in touch via email (or phone if preferred/requested). This is a great opportunity to talk things through and learn more about your special day. If we're good to go, I'll send over a booking form which would need to be signed online by both parties and sent back to me with a deposit.

Do we have to have a meeting before the big day?

Yes, however if for logistical reasons it cannot be done in person, then Skype or a phone call is the next best thing.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.


When will I need to pay the remaining balance for the wedding video?

Between 7 to14 days before the date of the Wedding.


When will I receive my wedding videos?

We ask to allow up to 4 months for delivery of all the edits.


Are you insured?

We are insured with full public liability and public indemnity insurance.


Are you unobtrusive during the wedding ceremony?

Our aim is to be as indistinguishable as possible. On the day we dress in smart clothes, to the dress code (as a guest would). Of course, there are a small amount of moments where the cameras are more prominent, however without that you wouldn't have a beautiful wedding film!


Will the prices alter once booked?

No. The price which is on your booking form will remain the amount and will be honoured (even if prices alter in the time between your booking and your wedding date).



Can I make changes to the video?

Minor legitimate changes that do not alter the structure of the film are plausible, these changes have to be requested within a month of receiving your film and are limited at 2 hours editing time. Any time after this is charged at an hourly rate.



Will our Wedding Day/Video have a blog written about it on your 'blog' page?

For logistical reasons, not every Wedding we film and edit will have a blog written about it. If it's something you're really interested in we're happy to chat about it further. However we always welcome a small testimonial of your thoughts and feelings on our products from absolutely everyone!



What equipment do you use?

Our equipment is always liable to change, but the current base kit is a Canon C100 Mark 2, Canon 5D Mark 3, Sony A6500, a mountain of lenses and microphones along with Manfrotto Sliders and a Zhiyun Crane Gimbal.
